Fleet Operations Associate (Part-Time, On-Call)About ItFitts Rentals
ItFitts Rentals is a growing Turo fleet dedicated to providing guests with a clean, reliable, and five-star rental experience. We are seeking a dependable, professional Fleet Operations Associate to assist with vehicle turnovers, guest deliveries, and maintaining our fleet.
Most assignments begin or end at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac). This position offers flexible, on-call hours based on reservation demand, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking supplemental income with room to grow alongside our business.
Compensation
- $20.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Mileage reimbursement for employees who use their personal vehicle to travel between work-related locations and assignments
- Flexible, on-call scheduling based on business needs and your availability
- Opportunity for additional hours as our fleet continues to expand
Job Responsibilities
- Pick up vehicles from designated locations.
- Transport vehicles to our local car wash (address provided).
- Wash the exterior, vacuum the interior, remove trash, and replace the air freshener.
- Bring vehicles to our office (approximately 8 minutes from the car wash) for a final quality inspection and detailing, including:
- Wiping down dashboards and interior surfaces
- Cleaning door handles
- Cleaning floor mats as needed
- Removing any remaining dirt or debris
- Deliver vehicles to the next guest when scheduled, or park the vehicle at the office and secure the keys as instructed.
- Complete before-and-after photo documentation in accordance with Turo guidelines.
- Provide friendly, professional guest interactions during vehicle deliveries and pickups.
- Promptly report any vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, accidents, or unusual situations.
Guest Delays
If a guest has not arrived within one hour of their scheduled reservation:
- Notify management immediately.
- If waiting would interfere with another scheduled assignment, park the vehicle in the airport parking garage, notify both management and the guest of the exact parking location, and proceed to your next assignment.
- Any wait time beyond one hour must be approved by management before additional paid time is incurred.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using a smartphone to complete photo documentation and communicate throughout each shift
