We are a growing organization seeking an exceptional Member Experience & Enrollment Specialist who brings confidence, professionalism, initiative, and strong people skills to our team.
This is more than a front-office position. You’ll play an important role in creating an outstanding member experience, communicating with prospective members, supporting enrollment, solving problems, and helping our organization operate at a high level.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong judgment, leadership potential, and the drive to grow professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Create an exceptional experience for members, prospective members, families, and guests
- Communicate confidently and professionally in person, by phone, text, and email
- Build relationships and guide prospective members through the enrollment process
- Follow up with inquiries and help turn interest into enrollment
- Coordinate appointments, member records, scheduling, and office operations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and professional communications
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and modern technology to improve communication and productivity
- Take initiative, solve problems, and identify ways to improve operations
- Support special events, projects, and team initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in customer service, sales, enrollment, hospitality, member services, or a similar people-focused role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, polished, and professional phone presence
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Leadership potential, initiative, and personal accountability
- Ability to think independently and solve problems
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and modern technology
- Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to use AI effectively in a professional environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong advantage

Schedule & Compensation
Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Occasional weekends for special events.
Starting Salary: $38,000–$40,000 + Performance Bonuses
