Duties
- Engage with prospective tenants through effective communication, highlighting property features and benefits to foster interest.
- Conduct property tours, demonstrating units and answering questions to build rapport and trust.
- Negotiate lease terms and rental offers confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction for tenants and management.
- Manage real estate transactions from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions efficiently.
- Stay informed on fair housing regulations, real estate law, and industry trends to ensure compliant practices.
- Collaborate with management and leasing teams to develop marketing strategies that attract diverse applicants, including multilingual outreach when applicable.
Experience
- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing within residential markets, demonstrating success in deal closing and client rapport building.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of managing real estate offers and facilitating smooth transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with sales technology adoption tools.
- Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus—to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Organizational skills that enable managing multiple leasing processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
