Position Summary
White Light Electric is seeking a driven and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects throughout Southeast Michigan.
This position is responsible for field leadership, crew performance, production execution, safety enforcement, scheduling coordination, quality control, and mentorship of apprentices and electricians. The Foreman plays a critical role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to White Light Electric standards.
The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, solution-oriented, and capable of leading crews in fast-paced commercial construction environments without sacrificing quality or safety.

Education & ExperiencePreferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of NEC and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- OSHA certification preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
- Ability to work on ladders, lifts, rooftops, and active construction sites
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and work overhead for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when project schedules require
