Graphic Designer (Retail Creative)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite 4 days/week, 1 WFH day after onboarding)
Pay: $46.00/hour -$55.00/hr W2, eligible for insurance and benefits!
40 hrs a week
Duration: Ongoing contract over 6 months, with potential for long-term
We're hiring a Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced in-house creative team supporting a major retail brand. This role is ideal for a designer with strong print production experience
What You'll Do
- Design retail signage, fixtures, displays, presentations, and print collateral.
- Develop creative from concept through production-ready files.
- Partner with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple projects in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Maintain brand standards while bringing fresh creative ideas.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Strong print production skills, including file prep, proofing, and die lines.
- Retail, CPG, QSR, or consumer brand experience strongly preferred
- Experience with in-store marketing, environmental graphics, POP displays, corrugate, or seasonal campaigns is a plus.
