Qualifications:
- Current and valid School Psychologist certification for P-12
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Washington
- Strong understanding of RTI, MTSS, and FBA/BIP processes
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments for students referred for special education or behavioral intervention
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, student support teams, and eligibility determinations
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in a timely manner
