This isn't a traditional café position, and it isn't a front desk job. It's a hospitality-focused role where you'll help create an experience people genuinely look forward to.

What You'll Do
As a Hospitality & Café Associate, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
Café & Beverage Service
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, smoothies, beer, and wine with consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions.
- Restock products and help ensure the café is always guest-ready.
Hospitality & Guest Experience
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Build relationships by learning names and creating memorable experiences for returning guests.
- Answer phones and assist guests with golf simulator reservations and general facility questions.
- Assist Unity members with basic questions and front-of-house support.
- Help create a positive first impression for every person who visits.
Keeping Birdies Running Smoothly
- Complete daily opening and closing responsibilities.
- Keep the café, lobby, and guest areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Look for opportunities to improve the guest experience without waiting to be asked.
- Complete operational tasks during slower periods to help the team succeed.

Qualifications
Required
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Preferred Experience
- Previous café, barista, restaurant, or hospitality experience.
- Experience preparing espresso-based beverages.
- Beer and wine service experience.
- Point-of-sale system experience.
Scheduling & Availability
This is a part-time position with a variety of morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
Weekend availability—including Sundays—is required. Weekend shifts are shared and rotated among the team because we believe supporting one another and sharing responsibility is part of building a great workplace.
