Job Summary
Professional position responsible for designing and implementing intervention and support strategies for consumers with emotional, behavioral and developmental disorders. Behavior Consultant will provide ongoing training and support to all team members connected to assigned consumer who are direct employees or contracted employees of LCMHS. FBAs, assessments, individualized program development, data analysis and all other areas of programming will be overseen by this position. They will provide direct supervision to the CIS workers assigned to identified consumers they are working with. They will also provide support and training to Shared Living Providers and Service Coordinators.
This position requires the ability to be flexible with weekly hours to accommodate evening home visits with Shared Living Programs if needed. At times, weekend support may be required specific to observations and training at Staffed Living Homes.

Education/Experience
Required: Master’s Degree with Behavior Focus. Relevant experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
