IZ Flooring is looking for a driven individual with previous experience who would put his or her sales skills to work in a top-notch, supportive environment and earn amazing commissions while helping homeowners beautifying their homes with new floors.
IZ Flooring will generate leads (Hot leads) for you and you will meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs.
The Position: part-time sales rep.

Requirements:
- Flooring In-home/outside sales experience is required.
- Home Improvement Salesperson License - If you don’t possess one, that’s okay, but you must be able to obtain one. A fingerprint and background check will be required by the CSLB.
- Valid license to drive locally to meet IZ Flooring customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
- Desire to grow with a growing business.
- Ability to listen and learn.
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
- Delivery of excellent customer service
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to establish trust, rapport, and understand customer needs to design and present projects and customized plans in a clear and professional manner
