Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in the automotive sector
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance through coaching, training, and goal setting
- Cultivate strong relationships with dealership clients, fleet operators, and retail customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to secure profitable deals
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment processes to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
- Ensure compliance with automotive diagnostics standards, vehicle maintenance protocols, and safety regulations
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for efficient transaction processing while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales management or dealership operations with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair processes, and vehicle maintenance services
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), Microsoft Excel, retail math principles, and inventory control software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in retail sales environments including cashiering, stocking, inventory management, and POS systems
- Familiarity with automotive service standards as well as dealership experience is highly desirable
- Ability to analyze data for strategic decision-making using tools like Microsoft Excel and retail math concepts
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and communication skills
