What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day):
As a Sign Install Helper, you’ll support our installation team by:
· Assisting with daily setup of tools, equipment, and materials
· Reviewing project plans and safety procedures before installs
· Supporting the Lead Installer with mounting and securing signs
· Working on buildings, poles, and various structures
· Anticipating team needs to keep installs efficient and safe
· Following OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times
Who We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
· Comfortable working at heights up to 150 feet using lifts or aerial equipment
· Physically able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
· Basic math skills and familiarity with power tools
· Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
· Ability to read measurements, plans, and instructions
· Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
Preferred (But Not Required):
· Prior sign installation or construction experience
Pay & Benefits:
Compensation: $18–$22 per hour (DOE)
