Job Summary:
The Government Services Account Coordinator owns the day-to-day operational execution for BlueGrace's federal, state, and municipal freight accounts — an environment where reliability, compliance, and precise reporting are contractual obligations, not optional best practices. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a vetted carrier network, managing award go-lives, and ensuring committed government shipments move on time and in full. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, thrives in a high-volume task environment, communicates with clarity, and takes personal ownership of outcomes. This is a hands-on position with direct, visible impact on mission-critical freight.
