Cleaning is not always an easy job, and that is exactly why we pay well! We are looking for dependable, hardworking people who want to be rewarded for doing excellent work.
This position offers flexibility, independence, paid training, and some of the highest cleaning technician pay in Delaware. However, it is important to understand that our high pay comes with high expectations for our amazing new team members.
What the job is really like:
Professional residential cleaning is physically demanding work. You will spend your shift:
- Bending, reaching, kneeling, lifting, and moving continuously
- Scrubbing bathrooms, showers, kitchens, floors, and other household surfaces
- Working at an efficient and consistent pace
- Following a specific cleaning system
- Paying attention to details that others may overlook
- Working independently without someone constantly supervising you
- Entering different homes
- Receiving feedback, inspections, and coaching
We do not expect new team members to know everything immediately. That is why we provide thorough paid training! We do expect our team members to apply constructive feedback, improve consistently, and take sole responsibility for the quality of your work for your amazing clients.

You do not need professional cleaning experience. Some of our strongest team members have come from housekeeping, hospitality, restaurants, caregiving, warehouse work, retail, and other service positions.

You will always know what is expected of you and how you are performing.
Basic requirements
Applicants must:
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have dependable transportation
- Have a valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance
- Be able to travel to clients’ homes within the assigned service area
- Be able to perform physical cleaning work
- Be able to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies
- Have a working smartphone
- Communicate reliably with company leadership
- Pass all required background and employment screenings
- Be available during agreed-upon daytime hours
