We are seeking an experienced and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and customer preferences
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including cashiering duties
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively, safe environment suitable for dining experiences
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and measuring drinks accurately
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations
