You bring the clinical expertise and leadership; Headstart provides credentialing, payer setup, billing, recruiting, operational infrastructure, mentorship, and growth support.
BCBAs who build with Headstart Health typically begin building their practices in-home, serving client homes throughout Greater Dallas-Fort Worth. Candidates must reside in Texas and be willing to travel within the service area to serve their clients and RBTs with the highest-quality care.
What you'll do
- Provide ethical, evidence-based ABA services in client homes and community settings.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.
- Supervise and support RBTs providing services within your practice.
- Manage your caseload and clinical schedule.
- Establish a high-quality local presence in the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth community.
- Lead the responsible growth of your independent ABA practice.

What we're looking for
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
- At least two full years of experience practicing as a BCBA.
- Current residence in Texas.
- Willingness to travel to client homes throughout Greater Dallas-Fort Worth.
- Reliable transportation.
- A commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA services.
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
- Interest in starting, leading, or growing an independent ABA practice.
Compensation and schedule
Annual earning potential is approximately $150,000-$220,000, depending on caseload, services delivered, payer mix, and practice growth.
BCBAs have flexibility in developing their schedules and managing their caseloads as their practices grow. This is a contract position, and earnings are based on services provided and the development of the local practice.
