Full-Time Service Technician - Commercial Fitness Equipment | Greater Orlando / Central Florida | $20-$27+/Hour Total Earning Potential

We are looking for a full-time Field Service Technician in the Orlando area to service, repair, and maintain commercial fitness equipment. Fitness equipment experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right person.
This is a hands-on field position for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, comfortable working with tools, and interested in learning a specialized trade. You will spend your day traveling to customer locations, troubleshooting equipment, completing repairs, and performing preventive maintenance.
What You Will Do
- Travel to commercial customer locations throughout Orlando and Central Florida
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial cardio and strength equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment safe and operating properly
- Use hand tools and basic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Communicate professionally with customers about service work and equipment issues
- Complete service documentation and communicate with the FITREV service team
- Work independently in the field while staying in close communication with the Service Manager and team
What We Are Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with your hands and tools
- Dependable, honest, motivated, and willing to learn
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to safely lift and move equipment and parts as needed
Experience is a plus, not a requirement. Candidates with backgrounds in maintenance, automotive work, appliance repair, installation, construction, handyman work, warehouse or assembly work, HVAC, electrical work, bicycle repair, or other mechanical fields are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Opportunity
- Competitive base hourly pay based on experience and qualifications
- Typical total earnings of approximately $20-$27+/hour, including overtime and performance-based bonus incentives
- Overtime paid at time-and-a-half
