Job Type: Full-Time | Primarily Onsite (limited remote possible on a case-by-case basis) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0800–1630 (excludes federal holidays and BEP Year-End Shutdown)
About the Role DWBHCORP is hiring three mid-level Supply Technicians to support the Bureau of Engraving and Printing’s Office of Supply Chain Management (OSCM). You will work inside a high-security manufacturing environment that produces U.S. currency, focusing on inventory accuracy, Oracle EBS Item Master cleanup, and requisition validation. This is a hands-on operational role with clear performance targets (≥98% inventory record accuracy).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventories; reconcile discrepancies and maintain complete audit trails
- Update and maintain Oracle EBS Item Master records (descriptions, UOM, supplier data, MPN/Use Codes)
- Validate requisitions against IRAR, min/max levels, lead times, and supplier information
- Support legacy data remediation — identify and correct stale or invalid records
- Prepare order packet inputs for GCPC and Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC) processing
- Produce weekly inventory accuracy reports and operational extracts for leadership dashboards
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Inventory module (cycle counting, physical reconciliation, sub-inventory management)
- Demonstrated experience in legacy data remediation and enterprise Item Master cleanup
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a high-volume, high-security environment
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain BEP low-risk personnel security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with specialized manufacturing components or high-precision spare parts
- Familiarity with National Stock Number (NSN) standardization and data normalization
- Prior federal, DoD, or high-security industrial experience
