Senior Construction Manager

About the opportunity
A leading AI cloud provider - building, owning and operating some of the largest 100% renewable-powered GPU data centres in the US - is launching a brand-new, multi-gigawatt campus in south-east Oklahoma and needs a Senior Construction Manager to lead the buildout from the ground up.
This is a rare greenfield opportunity: a multi-phase, multi-billion-dollar development across roughly 2,000 acres, taking the site from raw land through to a fully operational data centre. You'll help shape how the project is delivered and own it from the earliest stages - a genuine chance to leave your mark on a landmark build.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery across safety, quality, schedule, cost and scope
- Establish and execute the construction strategy from the ground up
- Lead site execution across multiple contractors, trades and concurrent workstreams
- Develop and manage integrated schedules - critical path, milestones, sequencing
- Drive budget discipline through forecasting, cost-to-complete tracking and change management
- Identify and manage regulatory, safety and quality risk
- Ensure construction readiness for commissioning, systems testing and turnover to operations
- Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations
What you'll bring
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of progressive construction management on large-scale, multi-discipline industrial projects
- Proven end-to-end delivery - ideally including greenfield sites taken from raw land to operational
- Strong knowledge across civil, mechanical, electrical (including MV/HV distribution), QA/QC and commissioning
- Experience with EPCM, design-build and CM-at-risk delivery models
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with evolving priorities
Nice to have
- Data centre or other mission-critical project experience (hospitals, power plants, substations), or heavy industrial/manufacturing
- CCM, PMP or equivalent certification
