Experienced TIG Welder
Pay Range: $25-$35/hour, nationwide travel
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble and dismantle mechanical components or machine parts.
Weld and machine replacement parts.
Fabricate parts and assemblies
Level machines or equipment.
Bolt, weld, rivet, or otherwise fasten components to foundation or other structures, using hand tools and power tools.
Weld, repair, and fabricate equipment or machinery.
Operate welding equipment, Stick and/or Tig Welder experience required
Position equipment using hand tools, power tools, or heavy equipment.
Insert shims, adjust tension on nuts and bolts, or position parts, using hand tools and measuring instruments, to set specified clearances between moving and stationary parts.
Align machines and equipment, using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
Move machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
Drill holes in parts, equipment, or materials.
Lay out work according to specifications.
Communicate with coworkers to coordinate installations or repairs.
Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Replace worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts.
Lubricate equipment to allow proper functioning.
Use blueprints and schematic drawings, to determine work procedures.
Troubleshoot equipment, electrical components, hydraulics, or other mechanical systems.
Test mechanical equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Ensure safety considerations are given top priority while planning and performing duties
Perform any other functions and responsibilities as assigned
Capable of lifting 75lbs

Required experience:
TIG Welding: 5 years
Experience with welding stainless steel is required
Required license or certification:
Driver's License
Background Check and Hair follicle drug testing Pre-Employment
Travel required within the US; all travel expenses paid
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
