CloudPersonnel is seeking an experienced Tortilla Mixer to support daily tortilla production operations. This position is responsible for mixing ingredients, preparing batches, and ensuring product consistency while following food safety and quality standards.

Schedule: Monday – Sunday

Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix dough batches according to production formulas
- Cook Corn
- Measure ingredients accurately and monitor mixing process
- Ensure consistency, texture, and quality of tortilla products
- Operate and clean mixing equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow GMP, food safety, and sanitation procedures
- Communicate material shortages or production concerns to supervisors
- Assist with general production duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience with mixing flour
- Previous tortilla, bakery, or food manufacturing mixing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food safety and GMP standards
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
