POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the network, providing support to the end users and continuous improvement of the technology systems across the organization. This position works closely with the restaurant leadership and corporate departments to ensure technology is reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
The IT Systems Administrator will oversee restaurant technology operations, IT systems administration, IT support, vendor coordination, technology implementations, troubleshooting, documentation, and project execution. The position will work to identify technology challenges and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency, and reliability to the guest and employee experience.
This position requires a hands-on leader team member that can balance daily operational support with longer term technology initiatives while understanding the unique technology requirements of a multi unit and multi concept restaurant environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Restaurant Technology & Operations
- Manage day-to-day technology operations and support across all 35 restaurant locations.
- Serve as a primary contact for restaurant technology issues to help troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors when escalation is required.
- Support and maintain restaurant systems including POS, AV systems, camera system, office computers, LAN network, Wi-Fi, printers, VOIP phones, payment devices, tablets and other technology equipment.
- Partner with restaurant leadership to resolve technology issues quickly while minimizing operational disruption.
- Monitor recurring technology issues and identify opportunities for permanent resolution.
- Establish and maintain technology standards across restaurant locations.
- Coordinate technology deployments, replacements and upgrades.
- Support new-location openings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of restaurant technology configurations, equipment, and systems.
- Manage and support the systems integrations including the integrations between POS and third-party platforms such as online ordering, delivery, loyalty, payment, reservations, labor, and reporting systems.
- Assist with testing and implementation of new restaurant technology.
IT Infrastructure & Networking
- Support and maintain the configuration of our networks, internet, firewalls, switches and APs.
- Coordinate work with the vendors for IT infrastructure issues.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery technology procedures.
Help Desk & User Support
- Manage and prioritize IT support requests based on business impact and urgency.
- Follow appropriate escalation procedures for restaurant and corporate technology issues.
- Ensure users receive timely acknowledgment, communication, and status updates on open issues.
- Analyze help desk trends to identify recurring problems and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base documentation.
- Coordinate support resources and third-party vendors when issues cannot be resolved internally.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Support the Senior IT Director in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity policies and controls such as MFA, password security and access management.
- Assist with user access reviews and account provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives for restaurant and corporate employees.
- Help ensure restaurant technology follows company security and PCI-related requirements.
- Participate in security assessments, audits, and remediation activities.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain accurate records of technology assets across all restaurant locations and corporate offices.
- Coordinate hardware procurement and deployment for new users.
- Support hardware lifecycle management.
- Maintain technology inventory information including equipment type, user, location, serial/service tag, purchase date, warranty, and lifecycle status.
Documentation & Process Improvement
- Support development and maintenance of IT SOPs, troubleshooting guides and technology documentation including current network and rack diagrams.
Communication & Collaboration
- Build strong working relationships with Restaurant Operations and corporate departments.
- Communicate technology changes and outages in a clear, timely, and business focused manner.
- Translate technical issues into practical business impacts and solutions.
- Proactively communicate project progress, system issues, risks, and recommended solutions to the Restaurant Operations and corporate departments.
- Promote a service oriented IT culture focused on responsiveness while enforcing user education, training and accountability.
EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent industry experience in lieu of a degree.
- Restaurant / Hospitality experience preferred
- Experience and knowledge of hospitality-related technology solutions

Pay: $80,000- $85,000 per year
Full time, on-site, salaried position. Monday- Friday 9am to 5pm.
