We are currently seeking an Admissions Coordinator for our Concord, CA Campus. This is a ground position working on Campus.

Basic Function
The Admissions Coordinator supports the Admissions Advisor, both administratively and actively, during peak enrollment periods. The coordinator will aid in reviewing and confirming the applicant requirements and background information provided. In addition to supporting admissions activities, the admissions coordinator will also be expected to complete other filing and administrative tasks assigned by the campus. The Admissions Coordinator will ultimately need to know each program at their campus to best support the campus in answering potential student questions.
Essential Job Duties

Set appointments and tours with prospective students and lead tours when requested by the manager

Follow up with students and set the expectations of documentation required

Collect and upload all student enrollment-related documentation

Run document report in CRM to establish missing documents and communicate what is needed to the Admissions Advisor

Ongoing outreach to prospective students to attempt the collection of any missing documentation and remind them of deadlines

Run financial reports every morning, afternoon, and evening to report to the Admissions Advisor who has made registration fee payments

Verify all documents are in the student files and actively update the program ranking spreadsheet

Assist AA with all interview documentation for student interviews

Assist in student folder audits to ensure accuracy

Participate in community functions and career days as requested

Participate in campus graduation ceremonies (see graduation procedure)

Assigned duties as required by their direct manager
Requirements

Associate degree preferred

Organizational knowledge of educational institutions

Admissions experience or support preferred
-
Marketing experience is preferred
