In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and appearance of our facilities through expert painting, drywall repair, and comprehensive maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial painting, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing coats to ensure high-quality results.
- Repair and install drywall, including taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing to restore damaged walls or ceilings.
- Maintain buildings by performing carpentry tasks, painting, and general repairs to uphold safety standards and aesthetic appeal.
- Support maintenance projects for both interior spaces and exterior surfaces while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in painting, maintenance, and repair.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, and repair.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration with team members and customer service interactions.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team on complex projects involving painting, carpentry or facility upgrades.
