Assistant Community Association Manager - Onsite
Location: 26631 Timberline Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78260
Schedule: 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday with some weekend community event attendance with advance notice

Role and Responsibilities
The Assistant Community Association Manager assists the Community Associations Manager in the overall management and oversight of a portfolio of community associations. Supports relationships between the associations boards and RowCal's support teams and third-party ancillary service providers.

Provides support and services to homeowner Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests and assists with resolving homeowner escalations.

Assists with covenant enforcement, issue violations, and the management of all action items for associations.

Tracks service dates, board meetings, site inspections, vendor meetings, maintenance calendars, community events, etc.

Organizes community events or improvements to common areas in the community.

Prepare Board Meeting packets and attend meetings with the Board of Directors, ACC, and all internal management or company meetings.

Monitor vendor and owner delinquency rates and collections process for the community.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Property or real estate management experience preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to establish and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills
-
Experience with AppFolio, CINC, WebAxis, Xactimate, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other client relationship management software preferred.
Physical Requirements

Ability to drive to and from several locations on occasion.

Ability to withstand prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods.

Must be able to carry and climb ladders and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Pay Range
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $22.00 - $29.00 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon RowCal's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
