```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or underage drinking
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the establishment
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Strong sales skills to upsell and promote drink specials
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in basic math calculations for accurate measurement of ingredients and cash handling
- Familiarity with brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and drink mixing methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper sanitation procedures
