The Role
As our Banquet Bartender, you are the heartbeat of our event operations. You will keep the event running smoothly by balancing guest-first hospitality with efficient beverage service. This role combines face-to-face interaction with daily service execution to transform standard transactions into seamless, memorable moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service that is attentive, courteous, and efficient to all guests and clients.
- Set and maintain the complete banquet bar area from initial setup to final breakdown.
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and service standards in the bar area throughout events.
- Coordinate seamlessly with hotel standards and TABC regulations for safe, responsible alcohol service.
- Uphold brand standards by managing accurate drink preparation, mixing, and tight control over bar product inventory.
What We Look For
- A passion for hospitality and a desire to exceed guest expectations during large-scale events.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with event guests, clients, and teammates.
- An enthusiastic mindset with experience using MICROS POS systems preferred.
- Commitment to standards including strict compliance with hotel policies and TABC regulations.
