Neighborhood Pet Clinic is a privately owned, full-service small animal hospital dedicated to high-quality, preventive, and relationship-based veterinary care. We believe the best medicine happens when veterinarians have the time, support, and autonomy to focus on patients.
We're seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our close-knit, highly skilled team.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus 20% commission on production above base.

Your Role
- Perform thorough physical exams and practice high-quality preventive medicine
- Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries
- Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans
- Perform surgeries as desired (mentorship supported)
- Prescribe medications and educate clients on preventive care and long-term health
- Maintain accurate, complete medical records
- Collaborate closely with technicians and support staff to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- DVM degree and active (or eligible) Washington veterinary license
- Strong communication skills with a passion for client education and preventive care
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality medicine
- New graduates welcome — mentorship available
