Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, project scheduling, and HVAC.
Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination for each project assigned
- Act as liaison between General Contractor and our Company
- Create and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material pricing for change orders
- Implement Schedule of Values
- Process and follow up on RFI’s and Change Orders including negotiation
- Schedule equipment release
- Monitor labor, material and subcontract costs and budgets
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HVAC experience
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- Knowledge of the construction process
- Excellent communication skills – Both written and orally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with estimating and project management software’s such as Trimble and Procore
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
