Responsibilities
- Safely and effectively perform wildlife and pest removal services in compliance with company and label procedures.
- Perform new wildlife inspections as needed and propose solutions to remedy our customers wildlife problems.
- Inspect and evaluate customer properties (interior, exterior, attics, crawlspaces).
- Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating effectively with customers, co-workers, and office staff.
- Adhere to scheduled appointments and promptly respond to service call-backs.
- Perform general exclusion work (including ladder use and basic hand tools).
- Sell additional services to both new and existing customers.
- Work outdoors year-round in varying conditions.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Able to pass drug screening and background check.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working from ladders.
- Previous pest, termite, or wildlife control experience preferred — but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to succeed.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay & commission incentives: First-year technicians typically earn $40,000 – $70,000, depending on experience.
- Commission is based on a percentage of new sales and a separate commission on service (exclusion) work.
