Job Overview
We are seeking a personable lead field trainer who enjoys helping others succeed, builds trust quickly, communicates with confidence, thrives in a retail environment, and is organized enough to manage a large territory independently to join our dynamic team. This full-time role involves daily travel across large geographical territories to help train Client Support Specialist in customer service, covering their territory efficiently, doing technical reports, and improving photo equipment reliability. Will also participate in ride-along visits with each Client Support Specialist in the assigned region to client stores.
Travel Requirements: Spend 60-80% traveling in NM territory including overnight stays. Employees will be provided with a cell phone, vehicle, gas reimbursement, laptop, tool kit, and credit card for travel expenses and are expected to visit stores daily.
**Works from home office, about 10-20% of the time reviewing Sales & Technical Reports to help plan territory visits.
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent driving record
- 2 years of Customer Service experience
- 1 year of Staff training and administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of technical or field service experience in photofinishing equipment operation and repair
- 2 years of retail sales
- Walmart photo kiosk experience
- Management or procedural training experience
- Territory traveling experience
Pay: $25.00 per hour
