Red Balloon Family Dentistry is a growing, family-centered dental practice in Temple, TX. We are looking for a full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused team!

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated, dependable, and caring RDA who enjoys working with patients of all ages and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during clinical procedures
- Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
- Take dental X-rays
- Perform coronal polishing
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient charts and records
- Deliver excellent patient care with a friendly, professional attitude
Qualifications
- Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Coronal polishing certification (preferred)
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and patient-focused
Compensation & Benefits
- $18–$23 per hour (based on experience)
