Managers at Acumetis are client-facing leaders responsible for driving project delivery, managing teams, and strengthening client partnerships. You will operate as a day-to-day engagement lead, ensuring high-quality execution while shaping strategic direction and delivering measurable impact for clients.
This role requires strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable strategies for senior stakeholders.
Client Leadership & Project Delivery
Oversee development of client deliverables including business cases, therapeutic landscapes, launch strategies, and strategic frameworks
Team Leadership & Development
Manage and mentor consultants and analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development support
Patient Services & Operational Excellence
Lead vendor RFP/RFI processes, including strategy, evaluation, scoring, and selection
Oversee hub, specialty pharmacy, and vendor implementations, including call center operations and data integration
Direct development of SOPs, BRDs, workflows, and governance frameworks for Patient Services programs
Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma methodologies)
Financial & Strategic Management
Support financial modeling and forecasting across copay, PAP, trial, FRM, and Patient Services programs
Business Development & Firm Contribution
