Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through door-to-door outreach, virtual consultations, and community events to generate leads and build rapport.
- Present compelling solar energy solutions tailored to each customer’s needs, emphasizing financial savings and environmental impact.
- Utilize CRM software such as Enerflo to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up effectively throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate terms confidently with customers, overcoming objections and closing sales efficiently to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, proposals, and agreements within CRM systems for seamless follow-up.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technical specifications, and local regulations related to solar energy sales.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse communities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships.

Pay: $93,169.31 - $200,117.88 per year
