Full Job Description

Work Location: On the Road – East Valley, Arizona (Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, and Scottsdale)

We are seeking a home health skilled nurse to carry out skilled nursing services in the patient’s residence, such as wound care, medication management, IV therapy, etc. Pay is per visit/varies.
