In this leadership role, you’ll guide and support a team of clinicians while helping individuals and families navigate their path to recovery. Your expertise, empathy, and direction will play a key role in restoring hope, health, and dignity within the communities we serve.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll serve as both a clinical leader and mentor, helping drive program success and positive client outcomes.
- Lead and support a team of SUD clinicians through coaching, supervision, and performance development
- Foster a holistic, strengths-based approach to treatment, including family engagement and coordinated care
- Oversee program operations, including staffing, caseload management, and service delivery quality
- Monitor productivity, program performance, and key outcomes to ensure high-quality care
- Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and ongoing staff development
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards, managed care requirements, and quality assurance expectations
- Build relationships with community partners and support local outreach and program visibility
- Help maintain a collaborative, mission-driven culture across teams
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling
- LMSW or LPC preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals with substance use disorders
- Demonstrated experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff
- Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS or CCS-M) preferred, or actively working toward certification
- CAADC or CAADC-DP
- Strong knowledge of SUD treatment approaches, including ASAM criteria and best practices
- Ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and collaboration
