Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Picker to support our vending and small market supply chain. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and staging products for delivery to various vending machines and micro-market locations across North Dakota. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and contributes to a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
· Pick and pack orders based on daily route sheets and inventory lists
· Ensure product accuracy, freshness, and proper rotation (FIFO)
· Stage orders for delivery drivers and assist with loading as needed
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of picking zones and storage areas
· Operate handheld scanners and inventory software to track selections
· Report low stock, damaged goods, or discrepancies to supervisors
· Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
· Assist with receiving, restocking, and general warehouse tasks as assigned
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Prior warehouse, stocking, or order picking experience a plus
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
· Basic math and reading skills for inventory and order sheets
· Comfortable using handheld devices and basic inventory systems
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
· Must pass background check and drug screening per ND employer standards
