Location: The Landing, Downtown Fort Wayne
Pay: Guaranteed $16/hr minimum (base + tips)
Training Pay: $12 an hour during training (first two weeks or 8 shifts)

Dana's is open Tuesday-Sunday 4pm-10pm // Friday & Saturday the bar stays open till midnight.
Here, the whole front of house is a team of Bartenders.
Whether you’re shaking cocktails, running tables, supporting the bar, or welcoming guests at the door—everyone learns it all. You don’t need to have bartending experience (yet). You just need a drive to learn, serve, and connect with people.
What You’ll Do
- Start in a support role. You’ll rotate through barbacking, portering, and floor support while learning the Dana’s way.
- Run the floor. As you grow your knowledge our goal is to get you into a serving position as soon as you're ready, giving you a full tip cut and the ability to fully serve the team.
- Grow into bartending. We’ll train you, step by step, on everything from classic cocktails to high-end spirits, to technique.
- Be part of a team. We move fast, support each other, and always keep hospitality at the center of what we do.
- Serve the community. We want people who love Fort Wayne and believe in being part of something bigger than a bar.
