Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mechanics to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their service needs which could be PM Services / Oil Changes.
- Knowledge to sell tires/ change tires, tire repairs, wheel seals and brakes.
- knowledge of light Electrical Repairs and how to repair them.
- knowledge to repair wheel seals and brakes and possibly U-joints.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Knowledge of the computer to process the orders.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring a resolution that maintains customer loyalty.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when answering calls or responding to customer inquiries.
Skills
- Proficient in the knowledge of parts needed to make the repairs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.

- Supervisory skills to assist in managing team dynamics when needed.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional interactions over the phone.
