High School diploma or GED with 6+ years of warehouse experience.

Proficiency in SAP for warehouse and logistics transactions.

Experience operating forklifts and lifting equipment safely.

Strong communication skills in English with the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
It is a plus if you also have:

Experience with crane lift rigging operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and tracking.

Previous lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.

The salary range for this position is $23.00 to $30.00 per hour. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Certain roles are eligible to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization.
