Position Summary
Resolve Diamondback is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Schedule:
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (8 hour shifts)
- Full-time availability, some weekends and some holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Perform routine housekeeping duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and waste removal
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
- Replenish supplies such as linens, towels, and toiletries
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to appropriate departments
- Work collaboratively with nursing and facility staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
- Maintain equipment and cleaning tools in good working condition
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, especially in healthcare or skilled nursing
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and flexible with scheduling
- Good communication and customer service skills

Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods

- Must have a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
- Must have an Active BLS or CPR certification (required)

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Healthcare Housekeeping: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- BLS or CPR (Required)
- AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card? (Required)
