Gurnick Academy is currently seeking a Director of Partnership and Development for our Nursing Programs.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000-$80,000/year

Basic Function
The basic function of the Director of Partnership and Development in Nursing is to develop and execute strategies to identify, gain access to, and develop key relationships for the purposes of nursing clinical site acquisition, and high-level site support, and talent acquisition to the Department of Nursing. This activity includes the following key areas of focus:
- Lead Development for clinical facilities and nursing faculty
- Active Marketing and Community Outreach
- Relationship Development (Pipeline Management in CRM)
- Relationship Management (Clinical Site Liaison, Affiliation Agreements, and Partnership with Sites for Nursing Faculty Leads)
- Programmatic Interface (Comprehension of Gurnick Nursing Programs, Clinical Site and Talent Acquisition Needs/Prioritization)
- Clinical Site Background Communication to Program Coordinators/Directors
- Nursing Faculty Background Communication to Program Coordinators/Directors
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least two years related sales and marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of sales management/business development experience
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Basic understanding of CRMs
- Knowledge of educational institutions
- Management experience in an educational environment preferred
