Position Summary
YINCAE is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to management, sales, and marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, front desk activities, and visitor reception
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, document management, and correspondence
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and track follow-up actions
- Assist management with reports, presentations, and special projects
- Maintain office supplies, records, and confidential documents
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Support company events, trade shows, and customer visits
- Assist sales and marketing efforts, including customer follow-ups, email campaigns, social media, and communications
- Create and update presentations, brochures, marketing materials, and trade show collateral using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience supporting multiple teams is a plus
- Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
