The Entry Level Account Manager helps our Stamford customers discover AT&T’s premier wireless solutions while learning how to lead from the middle of the pack.
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll launch your leadership and sales journey through a program that transforms you into an expert for AT&T’s wireless solutions before you ever guide your first sales team member. After training, the Entry Level Account Manager meets our customers, guiding them toward better mobile connectivity while mentoring your team.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Account Manager
- Lead by example in introducing AT&T smartphones and unlimited data plans during in-person sales interactions.
- Enhance team performance by coaching the sales team to uncover specific household needs for reliable mobile connectivity.
- Review interactions to ensure AT&T wireless recommendations match each customer’s budget and lifestyle needs.
- Track sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and celebrate successes in engaging customers for AT&T data plans.
- Facilitate smooth upgrades for AT&T smartphones, ensuring accurate documentation and an effortless transition.
- Share insights in sales sessions on effective outreach tactics that resonate with our customers.
