Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our therapy program at The Bradford in West Bloomfield, MI, providing outpatient therapy services within an assisted living community.
This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy building relationships with residents, working one-on-one, and having flexibility in their schedule.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized plans of care focused on communication, safety, and independence
- Collaborate with the care team and facility staff
- Complete clear and timely documentation
Requirements
- Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Outpatient or geriatric experience preferred
