Temporary Full Time Role in Paramus, NJ

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support a key project implementation initiative while providing administrative support to the Human Resources team. This role combines project coordination, documentation management, meeting facilitation, and employee support activities to ensure smooth project execution and efficient HR operations.

As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting project implementation efforts and HR operations by coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication, and providing administrative support across multiple workstreams. You will help ensure project milestones are tracked, meetings are effectively managed, documentation remains current and organized, and employees receive timely support.

Key Responsibilities

Organize, maintain, and manage digital and physical documentation and records.
Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, communications, and other business documents.
Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and support meeting logistics.
Record, distribute, and track meeting minutes, action items, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
Facilitate stakeholder communication by providing project updates and status information.
Support employee inquiries and provide professional assistance on HR-related matters.
Develop and maintain HR knowledge articles, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
Support onboarding activities for new employees and assist with various HR projects and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data privacy requirements.

What You'll Bring

Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Generalist, project coordination, or similar administrative support role.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience developing process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge management resources.

You will be part of the Human Resources team, partnering closely with project stakeholders, employees, managers, and cross-functional teams to support project implementation and employee services.
