Duties
- Perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers with precision and safety, adhering to all sanitation and medical standards
- Administer aesthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, and other non-invasive procedures to improve skin health and appearance
- Provide comprehensive client consultations to assess needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations
- Maintain detailed records of treatments using salon software like Millennium or similar platforms
- Manage client communication through effective engagement on social media platforms and in-person interactions to promote services and build lasting relationships
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and upcoming promotions or new services
- Support retail sales by demonstrating products, conducting product demos, and upselling complementary treatments or skincare lines
Qualifications
- Licensed nursing or cosmetology certification with experience in aesthetic treatments such as injection administration, dermal fillers, Botox, or laser therapy
- Proven management skills with experience working in a fast-paced beauty or med spa environment
- Strong knowledge of salon software systems including Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
- Skilled in social media management to engage clients and promote services effectively
- Expertise in hair styling, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, body waxing, chemical peels, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, tattooing or barbering is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive guest experience from initial consultation through post-treatment follow-up
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards related to aesthetic procedures
- Ability to perform esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other advanced skin care techniques confidently
- Experience working with diverse client needs including makeup application, hair threading, straight razor shaving, or body waxing is advantageous
