Fremont Mazda is seeking a reliable and hardworking full-time Porter to support daily operations. This role is essential in maintaining the flow, presentation, and organization of our lot and service areas while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail- oriented, proactive, and able to handle a variety of tasks in fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely move, park, and rearrange vehicles on the lot and service areas
- Assist with the vehicle pick up and drop off for customers when needed
- Support service team by shuttling or assisting customers as required
- Perform basic vehicle detailing ( Interior and Exterior)
- Ensure vehicles are fueled and ready for delivery or display
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dealership lot and service drive
- Pick up and deliver parts, packages, and other dealership- related items
- Run errands as needed to support dealership operations
- Monitor and maintain overall vehicle inventory presentation standards
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Previous dealership or porter experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
