Assistant — Precious Metals Mobile Service

Gold Aurum is looking for a reliable, professional Assistant to join our local mobile precious metals operation in the Austin area.
This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with customers, traveling between local locations, and assisting with the day-to-day operation of a mobile business.
How the Business Works
Our business operates as a mobile service, not a traditional storefront.
You will work alongside our team from a company vehicle / mobile office and travel to different locations throughout the North Austin area, including:
- North Austin
- Pflugerville
- Georgetown
- Cedar Park
- Lago Vista
- Surrounding areas
The team travels between scheduled locations and meets customers directly. The Assistant helps with customer service, preparing the mobile workspace, organizing materials, assisting during customer interactions and transactions, and keeping the operation running smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment rather than sitting in the same office every day.
Compensation
- $175 per day
- Full-time schedule
- Opportunity to earn additional commission
- Commission potential of up to 5% of applicable profit, based on the compensation structure
- Training provided
- Company mobile office / work vehicle
Schedule
Full-time position with a rotating schedule.
Because our business operates at different locations, flexibility with the work schedule is important. The schedule may include different days and shifts depending on customer appointments and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily mobile operations
- Travel with the team between scheduled locations
- Prepare and maintain the mobile workspace
- Welcome and assist customers
- Help with customer-service activities
- Assist with organization and documentation
- Support the agent during customer transactions
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment
- Follow company procedures and compliance requirements
