Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Green in Heber Springs, AR for an Administrative Clerk (Front Office- First Phone).
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Learn delivery route(s) as assigned
- Answering and distributing incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Be able to correctly use the phone system
- Perform basic secretarial duties
- Sort and allocate incoming daily mail
- Greet laboratory visitors
- Manage chairside service program
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery request
- Utilize and operate case tracking software
- Change codes, dates or other information on work cards and route cases to appropriate departments
- Confirm DHS eligibility
- Request payment for DHS cases
- All other duties as assigned
