POSITION SUMMARY
Porsche Arrowhead is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Lot Attendant / Service Porter to support our dealership operations and Service Department. This position is responsible for maintaining an organized vehicle lot, safely moving vehicles, assisting Service Advisors and technicians, and providing a welcoming experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury automotive dealership environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely move, park, organize, and retrieve dealership and customer vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized lot and service drive.
- Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
- Support Service Advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and staging.
- Secure and organize vehicle keys.
- Assist with locating and transporting vehicles as needed.
- Report vehicle damage, missing keys, or safety concerns to management.
- Assist with shuttle or customer transportation duties when assigned.
- Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
May work indoors or outdoors and be exposed to vehicle traffic, varying temperatures, noise, and typical
automotive workplace conditions.
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous dealership, valet, porter, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.

At least one year of lot attendant, porter, dealership, or related automotive experience is preferred.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.

Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles is preferred.

Highly motivated with a professional and positive attitude.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
